Please take note of the above dates and times for our Christmas closure. We are completely closed between Christmas and new year to give our hard working team a chance to rest, recoup and spend time with family and friends. Any current hires will be suspended during this period as we are unable to offer our usual servicing and technical backup whilst we're closed. In celebration of our 40 years, our Christmas card was inspired by the 80s. The fantastic [ImageBox Design](https://imagebox.co.uk/portfolio/) created this superb e-card featuring the whole CES team transformed into 80s icons. Can you spot which 80s popstars feature and which CES team member has become that icon? 'Tonight Matthew I'm going to be...' Continuing in the 80s spirit, here is a final message to all our wonderful customers. How many 80s songs have we managed to squeeze in?! As the Christmas*Holiday* draws near it’s time to reflect on the year. One that was *Simply the best*, So*let’s dance* an 80’s fest! *Dancing on the ceiling* like a pro, We celebrated turning the big 4-0.   We’ve *signed, sealed and delivered* on many a machine, *What a* *wonderful world* of rendering this year we’ve seen, So, thanks to all our customers for coming back to us, We’re always here to help without any fuss, No matter what the weather, fog, wind or sun, Or even *purple rain*, we’re here for plastering fun.   *I’m still standing*, I don’t know about you? It’s been a busy year but we’ve seen it through. We hope we’ve helped when you’ve felt *under pressure*, Looking after your pump and giving it a refresher, With a *Kind of Magic* from the CES Team, Keeping you *Forever Young* and always living the dream.   *Do they know it’s Christmas Time?* The countdown is now here, We hope you’re feeling festive as we see out the year, To our customers and suppliers Merry Christmas to you all, Cheers to Christmas celebrations we hope you have a ball! ![Merry Christmas-1](https://blog.ces-hire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Merry%20Christmas-1.jpg?width=544&height=456&name=Merry%20Christmas-1.jpg)     [whatsapp://send?text=2023,%20that's%20a%20Wrap!%20-%20https://blog.ces-hire.com/2023-thats-a-wrap](whatsapp://send?text=2023,%20that's%20a%20Wrap!%20-%20https://blog.ces-hire.com/2023-thats-a-wrap) [mailto:enteryour@addresshere.com?subject=2023,%20that's%20a%20Wrap!&body=Check%20this%20out:%20https://blog.ces-hire.com/2023-thats-a-wrap](mailto:enteryour@addresshere.com?subject=2023,%20that's%20a%20Wrap!&body=Check%20this%20out:%20https://blog.ces-hire.com/2023-thats-a-wrap) This entry was posted in [Company News](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/company-news) ##### Jessica [Merry Christmas from CES Hire 2023](https://blog.ces-hire.com/merry-christmas-from-ces-hire-2023) [The Winter Weather Watch: Rendering in Cold Weather](https://blog.ces-hire.com/the-winter-weather-watch-rendering-in-cold-weather) Latest Posts - 01 Oct [Render & Screed Pump Hoses Explained: Sizes, Types & Best Practice](https://blog.ces-hire.com/render-screed-pump-hoses) - 24 Sept [Why Is PPE Important On Construction Sites?](https://blog.ces-hire.com/why-is-ppe-important-on-construction-sites) - 17 Sept [How To Achieve The Correct Render Consistency Every Time](https://blog.ces-hire.com/how-to-achieve-the-correct-render-consistency) - 10 Sept [How Does A Screed Pump Work?](https://blog.ces-hire.com/how-does-a-screed-pump-work) - 27 Aug [Euromair CP100: Meet Our New Electric Liquid Flow Screed Pump](https://blog.ces-hire.com/euromair-cp100-electric-liquid-flow-screed-pump) Categories - [Company News](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/company-news) - [Rendering](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/rendering) - [Machine Maintenance](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/machine-maintenance) - [Plastering](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/plastering) - [Events](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/events) - [Toolbox Talks](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/toolbox-talks) - [Screed Pumps](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/screed-pumps) - [Paint Spray Machines](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/paint-spray-machines) - [Latest News](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/latest-news) - [Painter Tapes](https://blog.ces-hire.com/tag/painter-tapes) Subscribe to our blog Search ##### Expert Support Callback within 2 working hours ##### Mainland UK Delivery Free delivery on orders over £100 ##### Est. 1983 Over 40 years supplying trade trusted equipment ##### Try Before You Buy 1 week's hire back towards your purchase price [![CES-Hire-logo](https://blog.ces-hire.com/hs-fs/hubfs/CES-Hire-logo.webp?width=165&height=59&name=CES-Hire-logo.webp "CES-Hire-logo")](https://ces-hire.myshopify.com/) ## Est. 1983 The UK's specialist in rendering and plastering machinery.
