This year at CES Hire we have been celebrating an amazing 40 years in business. This feels a somewhat poignant moment to announce some exciting changes within the company.
Nick, our esteemed company director, will be taking a step back from his current role after an incredible three decades of leadership. However, Nick's journey with CES is far from over. He will be transitioning into the role of CES chairman, where he will continue to provide invaluable guidance and expertise. Nick's wealth of industry experience and his unwavering commitment to the company make him the perfect fit for this new position. This move and step towards retirement will provide Nick with more flexibility in his schedule, allowing him to pursue his passions and interests outside of the office. He will have the opportunity to dedicate more time to the activities he loves.
Simultaneously, Ben will be stepping up to the position of company director after, believe it or not, ten years of working for CES as of next month. This promotion is well-deserved and reflects Ben's contribution to our team over the years. Back in 2013, Ben began his journey with CES fresh from college where he had studied at The Peter Jones Enterprise Academy (a course delivered by Amersham College). His journey within the business began in a sales and marketing capacity and has evolved as the company has grown leading to Ben taking on the role of General Manager in January 2022. On speaking to Ben about his development within CES he said;
With Ben's extensive knowledge and experience within the company, we have no doubt that he will continue to drive CES forward into a new chapter.
These changes mark an exciting new phase for CES Hire. We are confident that under Ben's leadership and with Nick's continued involvement, CES will continue to thrive and exceed expectations in the industry. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to both Ben and Nick for their remarkable achievements and look forward to a bright future for CES Hire. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey!
