Euromair CP100: Meet Our New Electric Liquid Flow Screed Pump

The move towards cleaner, more efficient construction equipment is gathering pace, and screeding is no exception. At CES Hire, we’re excited to introduce the Euromair CP100 3 Phase Liquid Flow Screed Pump, our first electric liquid flow screed pump and a fantastic new option for professional screeding contractors.

Combining impressive pumping performance with a powerful 7.5kW variable-speed electric motor, the Euromair CP100 offers contractors an alternative to traditional diesel-powered screed pumps where a suitable three-phase electrical supply is available.

With output of up to 160 litres per minute, pumping distances of up to 120 metres and a maximum delivery height of 80 metres, going electric certainly doesn’t mean compromising on capability.

What is the Euromair CP100?

The Euromair CP100 is a professional three-phase electric liquid screed pump designed for pumping both anhydrite and cement-based flowing screeds.

Powered by a 400V three-phase electrical supply rather than an onboard diesel engine, it combines the performance required by professional screeders with the advantages of electric-powered construction equipment.

The CP100 features a 7.5kW variable-speed motor, allowing the operator to adjust output from 0–160L/min to suit the material and conditions on site.

Its 60R12 rotor and stator can handle aggregate sizes of up to 8mm and generate a maximum pumping pressure of 30 bar, giving contractors a versatile machine for everything from residential developments to demanding commercial flooring projects.

An Electric Screed Pump Built for Lower-Emission Sites

Perhaps the biggest talking point about the Euromair CP100 is what's missing: a diesel engine.

Construction sites are increasingly looking for opportunities to reduce their reliance on diesel-powered plant. Electrically powered equipment can play an important role in this transition because there are no diesel exhaust emissions from the machine at the point of use.

For screeding contractors, that makes the CP100 an interesting proposition for projects where reducing local site emissions and diesel use is a priority.

This is particularly relevant as the construction industry continues moving towards lower-emission plant and machinery. Government and local authority guidance increasingly encourages consideration of electrically powered construction equipment where practical.

The CP100 therefore gives screeding contractors another way to respond to changing site requirements without sacrificing the pumping capability needed to get the job done.

Of course, the machine requires a suitable 400V, 32A three-phase electrical supply, so power availability should form part of your site planning.

Serious Pumping Performance

Electric power is only useful if the machine can deliver where it matters. Fortunately, the Euromair CP100 liquid flow screed pump has plenty of performance behind it.

The CP100 can deliver up to 160 litres per minute, with approximate coverage of 9m² per hour, depending on the application and site conditions.

It can pump through up to 120 metres of hose, while its maximum delivery height of 80 metres makes it suitable for projects where screed needs to be moved considerable distances from the pump.

A maximum pumping pressure of 30 bar and the ability to handle aggregate sizes up to 8mm further add to its versatility.

For contractors working across housing developments, apartment buildings, commercial flooring projects and other large pours, those figures make the CP100 a highly capable addition to the Euromair range.

Made for Anhydrite and Cement-Based Flowing Screeds

Versatility is essential when investing in a professional screed pump.

The CP100 has been engineered to pump both anhydrite liquid screed and cement-based flowing screed, allowing contractors to use one machine across a variety of applications.

That includes flowing screed installations over underfloor heating, where consistent material delivery helps teams work efficiently and achieve a high-quality finished floor.

The 120L + 75L tank capacity supports continuous operation, while the proven 60R12 pumping system provides dependable material delivery throughout the pour.

Variable Speed Gives You Greater Control

Not every screed or site requires the same pumping speed.

That's why the CP100's 7.5kW variable-speed motor is such an important feature. Operators can adjust the output to suit the material, pumping distance and requirements of the job rather than being restricted to a fixed delivery rate.

The result is a machine designed to give professional screeders both high output and practical control.

Operation, cleaning and routine maintenance have also been considered in the design, helping contractors keep downtime to a minimum and concentrate on completing pours.

What Comes With the Euromair CP100?

The CP100 is supplied ready to get to work, with a comprehensive standard equipment package.

Each machine includes a 20m x 50mm delivery hose, pre-fitted 60R12 rotor and stator, 22m wired remote control, storage carry case, grease gun and grease cartridge, adjustable wrench and two 60mm cleaning balls.

At CES Hire, the machine is also supplied with a one-year UK parts and labour warranty, with warranty work covered at the CES workshop, excluding wear parts and transport.

At 2440 x 860 x 1040mm and weighing 340kg, the CP100 packages its pumping capability into a robust machine designed for professional site use.

Is the Euromair CP100 the Right Screed Pump for You?

If you're looking for a professional electric liquid flow screed pump capable of handling both anhydrite and cement-based flowing screeds, the Euromair CP100 deserves serious consideration.

Its combination of 160L/min maximum output, 120m pumping distance, 80m delivery height and variable-speed control gives contractors genuine capability, while its three-phase electric motor provides an alternative to relying on diesel-powered pumping equipment.

For contractors increasingly working on developments where lower-emission construction equipment is preferred, that combination could make the CP100 particularly valuable.

The Euromair CP100 3 Phase Liquid Flow Screed Pump represents an exciting addition to the CES Hire range – and an important first for us as our first electric screed pump.
