Secure Larger Contracts: Equip Your Team With The Right Machinery For Success

Written by Louisa | Mar 26, 2025 10:21:43 AM

Nowadays, with an incredibly wide array of construction equipment available, selecting the machine that best suits your project's needs can be quite difficult. Whether you're tackling a small home project or a larger industrial task, selecting the right equipment is crucial. When choosing a machine, consider the project's type and scale, the cost of purchasing and operating the equipment, the machine's output, the project's timeline, and the type of fuel required. This blog aims to assist you in making a decision by providing a brief overview of the various types of machines available, so keep reading if you're interested in learning more.

Plaster Spray Machines

As machine plastering becomes more popular over traditional applying plaster by hand,

the demand for plastering machines has risen considerably. Plaster machines have many advantages compared to applying plaster by hand, including increased efficiency, reduced labour costs, increased profits, all leading to improved company image and satisfied customers.

The Euromair Mix Pro 50 Mixer Spray Pump is a continuous mixing pump, perfect for applying pre-bagged machine-compatible plaster and for pumping latex screeds on a larger scale. Designed and manufactured by Euromair, this machine is available for both sale and hire here at CES and we are Euromair's largest UK dealer.

The Euromair Mini Jet 80 Airless Plastering Machine is the ideal machine for applying airless plaster. The MiniJET 80 is equipped with a valveless pump (Rotor and Stator) for easy maintenance and a stainless steel tank with a large drain plug for easy cleaning. This machine has been tested with Knauf, Baumit, Toupret, and many more airless plasters. This machine is available for both sale and hire here at CES.

Render Spray Machines

Rendering has become more popular in recent years. Render machines provide a great method for applying render to walls and surfaces. One of the biggest benefits of using render machines is their ability to efficiently pump and apply render. Equipped with automated features and precise control, these machines can efficiently cover extensive areas much faster than manual application.

In the constantly evolving construction industry, efficiency and productivity are key elements that every company desires.  Furthermore, render machines are highly versatile and can handle a wide range of rendering materials, including monocouche, fire protection, traditional mortar, grout, EWI systems and pre-bagged screeds. They can also adapt to different surface textures and finishes, offering flexibility and customisation options for construction projects.

The Euromair MixPro 28 is a continuous mixer pump where you don't even have to mix the product yourself, you just break the bag of powdered material and you're ready to start. The machine is designed with a 70L hopper capacity and a digital display flow-meter and is ideal for small to medium sized projects. The MixPro 28 has a material output capability of up to 16 litres per minute however this can be increased to an output of 30 litres per minute when fitted with a Mixer 32 stator.

The Euromair X-Pro D80 is a batch mixer pump and sprayer, engineered to accommodate various materials. Powered by diesel with a 25L tank, this machine is capable of mixing and spraying Render, Sand and Cement, and Fire Protection and its integrated compressor offers all the essential equipment in a single, easily tow-able unit.

Flow Screed Pump

Flow screed pumps have transformed the flooring industry, offering an effortless and effective method to achieve a level and smooth surface. At CES we offer a selection of liquid flow screed or latex screed pumps to handle the diversity of materials, project dimensions, and site limitations.

The Euromair X-Pro D140 is perfect for home projects and ensures a steady flow of product, handling metallic or synthetic fibres in liquid screed with ease. This powerful machine pumps calcium sulphate self-levelling (anhydrite) and cement self-levelling at a maximum rate of 200 litres per minute (14m³ per hour). It is fitted with a 60R12 rotor and stator enabling it pump up to 120m flat distance and a maximum aggregate of 8mm. A key benefit of the D140 is its straightforward maintenance and servicing, thanks to its easily accessible parts.

The Euromair X-Pro D200 is a larger version of the D140, it has a higher output, making it ideal for larger commercial/industrial projects. This machine is equipped with a 36KW powerful 4 cylinder Kohler engine to handle the challenges of large construction sites. This machine boasts enlarged features, with a fuel tank capacity of 41.5litres and a hopper capacity of 190litres. The D200's powerful capabilities enable a higher output of up to 25m³ per hour.

Grout Pump

A grout pump fills a void (small or large) with a pump-able material which will then provide strength, durability and waterproofing when complete. A grout pump is suitable for many applications but it is important to know your specific machine requirements since not all machines are designed for all applications. This is where a specialist company such as CES are here to help; please give us a call to ensure you select the right pump for your material, followed by matching a machine to your material.

Hand operated manual pumps such as the Airplaco HG-9 Hand-operated Grout Pump are convenient since they are lightweight and compact so will fit into the smallest of spaces. They do not need a power source and are controlled by the user which makes them perfect for smaller, more detailed tasks such as levelling a concrete slab, filling a crack or grouting door frames. The user has full control over the output so they can grout with accuracy.

Larger electric or diesel machines that can be used for grouting are useful for bigger projects since they have a higher output controlled by the machine. They will pump more material both vertically and horizontally in less time. CES have a range of electric machines such as the InoBeam M8Euromair DropPro 8P and the Euromair Compact Pro 30. Our Diesel range includes Putzmeister models like the SP11 LMR and TMR and the Euromair Compact Pro 80. Within these pump categories you will find piston, helical rotor (worm drive pumps) and peristaltic pumps. Piston pumps will generally work with higher pressure and lower output and a worm pump the reverse, a lower pressure but a much higher output/flow rate.

At CES, we offer a variety of machines for hire or purchase, and we also provide training to ensure you're ready to start spraying as soon as the same day if needed. We are also just a phone call away for any technical questions as you get used to machine application. We also stock a wide selection of supplies such as tools and consumables to assist you in the process and ensure the very best finish for your projects.
