In today’s world where the range of construction equipment is extremely vast, it can be challenging to decide when it comes to choosing the machine that is best for you and your projects requirements. Whether you have a small, domesticated project on your hands or a larger industrial job, choosing the correct equipment is vital. Factors to consider when selecting a machine are type and size of project, cost of machine and running it, machine output, timescale of project and fuel type. Continue reading if you’d like to find out more about different types of machines.
Render Spray Machine
Rendering has become increasingly popular. Render machines provide an innovative method for applying render to walls and surfaces. A significant benefit of using these machines is their capability to pump and apply render quickly. Equipped with automated features and precise control, these machines can cover large areas in a fraction of the time it would take to apply by hand. In today's fast-paced construction industry, efficiency and productivity are crucial factors that determine the success of any project.
Furthermore, render machines are highly versatile and can handle a wide range of rendering materials, including monocouche, fire protection, traditional mortar, grout, EWI systems and pre-bagged screeds. They can also adjust to various surface textures and finishes, providing flexibility and customisation options for construction projects.
The Euromair MixPro 28 is a continuous mixer pump where you needn't even mix the product yourself, just break the bag of powdered material and away you go. The machine is designed with a 70L hopper capacity and state of the art digital display flow-meter and is ideal for small to medium sized projects. The MixPro 28 has a material output capability of up to 16 litres per minute however this can be increased to an output of 30litres per minute when fitted with a Mixer 32 stator.
The Euromair X-Pro D80 is a versatile batch mixer pump and sprayer designed for a wide range of materials. Powered by diesel with a 25L tank, this machine is capable of mixing and spraying Render, Sand and Cement, and Fire Protection and it’s built-in compressor provides all the necessary equipment in one convenient, road-towable unit.
Plaster Spray Machine
As machine plastering gains popularity in the rendering industry, the demand for plastering machines has significantly increased. Plaster machines have many advantages, including increased efficiency, reduced labour costs, increased profits, all leading to improved company image and pleasing customers.
The Euromair Mix Pro 50 Mixer Spray Pump is a continuous mixing pump, ideal for spraying pre-bagged machine appliable plaster and pumping latex screeds on a larger scale. Designed and manufactured by Euromair, the MixPro 50 is a high-quality machine and built to last. This machine is available for both sale and hire here at CES and we are Euromair's largest UK dealer.
The Euromair Mini Jet 80 Airless Plastering Machine is the ideal machine for applying airless plaster. The MiniJET 80 is equipped with a valveless pump (Rotor and Stator) for easy maintenance and a stainless steel tank with a large drain plug for easy cleaning. This machine has been tested with Knauf, Baumit, Toupret, and many more airless plasters. This machine is available for both sale and hire here at CES.
Flow Screed Pump
Flow screed pumps have revolutionised the flooring industry, providing a seamless and efficient way to achieve level and smooth surface. At CES we offer a selection of liquid flow screed or latex screed pumps to cope with the variations of different materials, project sizes and site restrictions.
The Euromair X-Pro D140 is ideal for domestic projects and can guarantee a continuous product flow coping easily with the metallic or synthetic fibres in liquid screed. This powerful machine pumps calcium sulphate self-levelling (anhydrite) and cement self-levelling at a maximum rate of 200litres per minute (14m³ per hour). It is fitted with a 60R12 rotor and stator enabling it pump up to 120m flat distance and a maximum aggregate of 8mm. One of the many advantages of the D140 is just how easy it is to maintain and service with accessible simple components.
The Euromair X-Pro D200 is the bigger version of the D140, it has a higher output, making it ideal for larger commercial/industrial projects. This machine is equipped with a 36KW powerful 4 cylinder Kohler engine to cope with demanding large construction site work. Features are supersized on this machine, with a fuel tank capacity of 41.5litres and a hopper capacity of 190litres. All in all, the D200's powerful capabilities enable a higher output of up to 25m³ per hour.
Grout Pump
A grout pump fills a void (small or large)/joint fillings with a pumpable material which will then provide strength, durability and waterproofing qualities to the finished product. A grout pump is a versatile machine that is suitable for many applications. However, it is important to have a clear understanding of your specific machine requirements since not all machines are designed for all applications. This is where a specialist company such as CES are here to help; give us a call to ensure you select the right pump for your material and project as it is a crucial to follow the system of selecting a material that matches the job, followed by matching a machine to your material.
Hand operated manual pumps such as the Airplaco HG-9 Hand-operated Grout Pump are convenient since they are lightweight and compact so will fit into the smallest of spaces. They do not need a power source and are controlled by the operator which makes them ideal for smaller more intricate jobs such as levelling a concrete slab, filling a crack or grouting door frames. The user has full control over the output so they can grout with accuracy.
Larger electric or diesel machines are useful for bigger projects since they have a higher output controlled by the machine. They will pump more material both vertically and horizontally in less time. CES have a range of electric machines such as the InoBeam M8, Euromair DropPro 8P and the Euromair Compact Pro 30. Our Diesel range includes Putzmeister models like the SP11 LMR and TMR and the Euromair Compact Pro 80. Within these pump categories you will find piston, helical rotor (worm drive pumps) and peristaltic pumps. Piston pumps will generally work with higher pressure and lower output and a worm pump the reverse, a lower pressure but a much higher output/flow rate.
At CES, we offer a variety of machines for rent or purchase, and we also provide training to ensure you're ready to start spraying as soon as the next day if needed. We are also just a phone call away for any technical questions as you get used to machine application. We also stock a wide selection of supplies such as tools and consumables to assist you in the process and ensure the very best finish for your projects.
